- Unshipped Orders: You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Window: You must request the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure your request can be accommodated.

- Refund for Canceled Orders
Upon successful cancellation of your order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 days for the refund to be processed.
- Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
